Heta architects is a growing studio with the experience, capability and infrastructure to deliver projects across a range of sectors in the UK and internationally.
As designers, our focus is on people and how we create better, more meaningful experiences for them. We do that through creative, holistic thinking, a deep knowledge base and an integrated design process. With each project we focus through a series of guiding principles, which we call our lenses:
- Insight-led: We spend time understanding our clients, to bring fresh ideas and future thinking to all our projects.
- Digitally-enabled: We connect physical and digital to deliver a cognitive design process the compliments the human experience.
- Environmentally-responsive: We respond to site, environment and context to develop methods and outcomes that are sustainable for project, people and planet.
- Human-centred: We engage with the project community, understanding who they are, what they need and how they can thrive. Designing with wellness and social value principles.
We embed these lenses of analysis and strategy within the design process beyond the standard architectural process to generate added value throughout the project.

Namrata KrishnaAssociate email@example.com
Namrata’s creative career began on a tangential path, working in museums, which helped her recognise the power of culture and design to change how people engage with the world around them. She follows a process that is rooted in user research and engagement, educating clients on how design research informs strategy, and the link between space, behaviour, and culture. She works with clients through strategic design and behaviour change, with a strong focus on narrative to create spaces and experiences that are unique, immersive and compelling.
Namrata has worked on projects across Europe, in interdisciplinary teams that span design research, strategy and content development. She spent six years as a workplace consultant at Gensler London, where she led a number of strategy and behavior change projects, including HSBC UK’s Head Office in Birmingham. She has also frequently collaborated with narrative design studio Torvits + Trench and social enterprise Scala Co-Lab.
As a design thinker, she is continually trying to find new ways to engage and connect with people, understanding what drives us as human beings and how we tap into that to effect change.
