Heta Architects is seeking an experienced Architect & Senior architect to join its team in London.

This exciting opportunity will involve working in our UK projects team, working on a range of projects in the UK and internationally. 

You will be working on a range of projects in scale and sector, from Urban regeneration to residential, hospitality, cultural and data centres, predominantly from the London Studio, with some project opportunities to be located in our partners office, in the heart of Seoul.

We currently have a series of openings for architectural assistants and Architects, Senior Architects ideally with a minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience. 

 

Qualifications/experience:

  • Revit / Auto-cad Experience 

  • Rhino Experience 

  • Fluent with Adobe suite

  • Enscape Experience

  • Experience in architecture / masterplanning / urban design

  • UK planning experience

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Grasshopper experience 

  • BIM experience 

  • Knowledge of residential sector (e.g co living, student, luxury)

  • Knowledge of hospitality sector 

  • A passion for ecology, biodiversity, net zero , DFMA

  • Have an added passion or focus ( what’s your interest tech, environmental, wellness, BIM, urban design )

  • Be able to work in the London office minimum 3 days per week

We offer a hybrid working scheme for the team, you will be able to work remotely for some days per week to be agreed with leadership team, with an expectation to be in the studio regularly to manage teams and deliver projects as required. Heta Architects is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join its team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious senior architect who wants to step up into a leadership role in our London studio, working on a diverse range of projects in the UK and internationally. You will be working directly with the directors and our other associates on the growth and development of the business, managing the London team, client facing, designing in collaboration with our creative director, be an industry facing thought leader driving innovation and winning repeat work through best in class design. Heta has an existing client base and we will be expecting you to continue growing our relationships with them whilst helping to bring in new clients and opportunities.

 

Qualifications/experience:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Proven track record running projects and teams

  • Proven experience as a design leader, creator and innovator 

  • Experience leading complex designs using technology such as Revit, Rhino Grasshopper etc.

  • Experience leading bids, tenders, pitches and competitions.

  • Experience within architecture, urban design and masterplanning

  • Experience taking design through to technical stages

 

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience taking projects through planning in UK.

  • Experience working in the Middle East and Asia 

  • Knowledge of residential sector (e.g. co living, student, luxury )

  • Knowledge of hospitality sector

  • A passion for innovation, future focused, experience with ecology, biodiversity, net zero , DFMA

  • Experience taking design through to technical stages and delivery

Heta Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.

We are an insight-led studio of architects, designers and thinkers who look beyond the physical to design truly sustainable buildings, communities and cities. Our senior leadership team have backgrounds from global design practices which instils a strong and progressive design ethos in the practice.

We currently have several significant projects and a strong pipeline of international projects across a range of sectors with opportunities on retail, commercial, residential and hospitality projects. It is an exciting time to join us and develop your experience with an agile evolving business.

Heta is seeking a creative-minded, self-motivated architectural assistant that is passionate about architecture and design with strong digital skills. The successful candidate will report to the project architect and will liaise closely with Heta’s design leadership for feedback and mentoring.

To be successful you will need:

  • Strong design abilities with some experience with retail, commercial, Residential or hospitality
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a good eye for graphic presentation
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure and to demanding deadlines
  • Proficiency in Revit (2019/2020), Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to undertake daily model maintenance to ensure best performance of model files
  • Experience in Grasshopper, Dynamo, Coding, Unity, Unreal Engine, 3DS Max is advantageous
  • Excellent written communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Desire and ambition to contribute to practice research and insight studies, practice management and office culture

Salary guide: negotiable depending upon experience

Heta Architects operates a blended model of work from home and studio.

This exciting opportunity will involve working in our international projects team, for extended periods of time working alongside our APAC project delivery partners based in Seoul, S.Korea.

You will be working on a range of projects in scale and sector, from technology based to residential, office towers, and data centres, with some time located in our partners office, in the heart of Seoul.

We currently have a series of openings for architectural assistants and Architects, Senior Architects ideally with minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience.
