Creating a Cultural Centre

The Heta team have enjoyed the collaborative process working alongside Gillespies’ urban design team to create new additions to the St Helier waterfront including: A new National Art Gallery, seaside amphitheatre and boardwalk pier. A redesigned indoor public pool and gym alongside Gillespies’ new outdoor public 50m saltwater pool. 1000 plus residential units of accommodation with ground floor space for a gym, creche and food and beverage facilities.
